Consequently it will restrain the emerging property and hinder the development of social economy. Only in this way can we guarantee the transaction security, reduce the transaction cost and achieve the goal of high resource configuration effectively.This paper will start from the angle of law economics to study the concrete boundary of Quasi-numerus clausus principle with other basic value for the consideration complementary.In this paper, there are three chapters. The first part mainly analyzes the connotation of the principle of Optimal standardization. It starts from the angle of meaning, content, significance and alleviation to make us have a preliminary understanding of Optimal standardization. The second part mainly in view of cost and other valuable factors analyzes Quasi-numerus clausus principle. In this section, we will introduce the Cosae theorem into the application of Quasi-numerus clausus principle. The next step is that on this basis we can conclude the cost analysis through the comparation between two categories cost and eight subcategories cost. The next step is to analyze other valuable factors which can impact on the Quasi-numerus clausus principle. In view of the fact that economic efficiency is not the only rule of law, other factors are taken into account just like freedom, justice and solidarity. Only by this means can we draw a more scientific conclusion. The third part pay more attention to clarify how to implement the standardization of Quasi-numerus clausus principle and verify the example in daily life.
