As the market economy with the rapid development of our country, the corporation, as an important role in the market economy, has played an irreplaceable role on prosperity of the market, driving the economic growth. The government regulate the corporation, include the corporation’s establishment, management, conversion and dissolution, through the law and the administrative regulation, in order to insure the corporation can get the full benefit in the market economy. The corporation registration publicity system is an important part of the corporation system. From the Company Law and the Regulation of Companies, to the reform of the corporation registration system in2013, for meeting the need of the development of economy, in recent years, the company registration administration of company registration publicity system in our country to adjust and perfect constantly. However, due to the company registration publicity system as many based on your company’s system, the adjustment will produce a series of changes such as the company capital system, company registration responsibility chain reaction and so on, then analyzes the current problems which the company registration publicity system, and targeted adjustment has become top priority in the whole company registration publicity system reformation.The innovation of this article, the author summed up in two aspects:First of all, the paper closely combines the background of the company registration system reform and reform pilot areas of experience, with the company registration, the essay discusses the value of private law as the core of the public system, so as to reflect the system value of the company registration publicity system, and the existed problems in the traditional company registration publicity system of theory and practice. Secondly, according to the company registration publicity system to study the problems existing in the actual operation, at the same time through developing research in Tianjin industrial and commercial systems, applying the empirical research method to carry out the study, in the guarantee content of effectiveness and targeted at the same time, combining the need of practical departments, research on the solution of the problems in the current company registration publicity system countermeasures.The article closely with the problems existing in the traditional company registration publicity system in our country, as well as the main point in the company registration system reform, and through the investigation and research affairs department, the problem of company registration publicity system and the improvement methods are comprehensively reviewed. The main point of this article is: with the company registration publicity system’s value of civil law as the core, to adjust the content and means of company registration of the public, so as to improve the trade efficiency and protect the transaction security. This paper mainly discussed from four aspects:the first part of the company registration publicity system for macroscopic, introduces the nature of company registration publicity system with the core value. The second part is the content and the defect of traditional Chinese company registration publicity system, for the problems existing in the traditional company registration publicity system is analyzed in this paper. The third part through the reform pilot area for the company registration publicity system reform were analyzed, at the same time, combined with the new "company law",and find that can be used for reference as well as the problems existing in the reform. The last part of paper on the basis of in front, to the improvement of the registration publicity system put forward my personal advice.
