In the past twenty or thirty years, China and Korea both have rapid developments on economy. Commercial banks as a priority part in the financial industry, play a essential role in the national economic development. By comparing commercial banks of China with South Korea’s, both of them are starting from the low base, and relative legal systems are not so perfect, but we can find that they both get sustaining innovations in the aspects of management level, business philosophy, also products and services under the following economic progress. The banks can’t adapt to domestic economy at the present stage of development. Because these reasons, they are same on the aspects of the product positioning, target market and marketing strategy. Due to the less differential developments, the homogenization is increasingly serious in the banking. In South Korea, this tendency of commercial banks is called as "bank industry standardization". Beside the homogenization of Development both bound to hinder the long-term efficient development of future banking. Moreover, there are many situations among the banks that value the competitions over the cooperation:multiple homogeneous competitions, the trend of imitations, blind competitions, lowering loan conditions and providing preferential. All of these tend to make themselves into the prisoner’s dilemma of game theory. With some Chinese commercial banks lose their monopoly positions gradually, if the banks continue in a near unanimous industrial pattern to operate, their developments will be seriously restricted. Therefore, the differential operations must be taken into account in the future innovation.In the first chapters, this paper introduces the reason of choosing this topic, and some related theory. In the second chapter, with introduce some laws of commercial bank operation, analysis situation of today’s commercial banking. Then in the third chapter, according to the laws of commercial banking in South Korea, and combined with a large number of text information and personal investigation, the author make a summary for the bank’s homogeneity and standardization management and bad consequences in future. And then, in the fourth chapter the paper analyzes the reasons about the banks of homogeneous competition. In accordance with the existing law, the author review for bank supervision system, and take it as a starting point to explore. Through to a brief introduction and analysis of the Basel protocol Ⅱ and Ⅲ, the overall risk management system is used to analyze the commercial bank supervision. Finally, in the fifth chapter, combined with some other idea of commercial bank homogeneity discussing the difficulties of developments both in China and South Korea banking and how to deal with them. Especially from the aspects of the interest rate liberalization, improving mixed operation in legal system, development of OBSA and the comprehensive risk management of Basel, the author puts forward to some marketing development strategy of banks in China and South Korea.
