Research On Township Leading Cadres’ Style Evaluation

The new period brings new opportunities and challenges to the strengthening of township Jing cadres’style construction. However, there are many shortcomings in measures of education, institutional constraints and supervision, which used to strengthen the style construction. What’s more, the lack of style evaluation has seriously affected the results of style construction. Therefore, study on style evaluation has important theory and practical significance both to township leading cadres’ style construction and to the grass-roots’consolidation.The main content consists of six parts.Part Ⅰ:Briefly states the background and significance of this study. Analyzes the current situation of the construction of leading cadres’ style. Describes research content, methods and mentality of this paper. Points out the innovation is to make sure the style evaluation contents, the shortcoming is the incompletely of style evaluation contents’ election and the style analysis about Pingyang county’s township leading cadres.Part Ⅱ:Defines the relative concepts. Then states the based theories, such as system theory, humanism theory, performance appraisal theory and so on.Part Ⅲ:Mainly describes the election of evaluation contents of township leading cadres’ style. Comprehensive uses method of literature analysis, questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process. After depth study on the meaning of township leading cadres’ style and collection of the expert opinion, this paper make sure how to assess the ideological style, learning style, work style, leadership style and life style. That ensures the operability of township leading cadres’style evaluation.Part Ⅳ: Through the questionnaires and field interviews of Pingyang township leading cadres’ style, discusses the status and problems of the construction of township leading cadres’ style in Pingyang. Data show that:it is relatively good of township leading cadres’ style in Pingyang, while little part of them have problems, such as weak in purpose concept, perfunctory cope with work, advocate the wine culture and so on.Part Ⅴ:According to the problems of township leading cadres’ style in Pingyang, analysis the causes from the aspect of system, self-cultivation and external environment factors.Part VI:Explore the measures for the construction of township leading cadres’ style from the following five aspects: strengthen system construction, enhance cadres’armed theory, perfect the supervision system and so on.
