The Contemporary Value Of Marx And Engels’ Theory Of Ideololgy

Marx and Engels’theory of ideology which is built on the basis of social existence is a certain kind of forms of social consciousness.It is a comprehensive theoretical system which runs through every stage of Marx and Engels’ thought. It is a manifestation of a certain class interests.Ideology is not only a certain social status reflected material production, but also reflects the strength of the social integration. Also ideology is an important factor in the complex international competition. Therefore, in the" current ideological construction of China,We should take the Marx and Engels’ theory of ideology as a guid,be based on the China’s basic situation and recognize the ideological trend of the international community.Then we should take effective measures to deal with our current series of problems arising in the ideological field and improve the construction of socialist ideology. It’s not only related to the overall situation of socialist modernization, but also related to the future and destiny of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The essay is divided into four parts.The first part is preface.Preface introduces why I select "The Contemporary Value of Marx and Engels’Theory of Ideology" as my topic and the theoretical and practical significance of this research. Also in this part,I analyzed the research actuality of this subject,proposed the perspective and the method of this research and probe further into the study of Marx and Engels’ theory of ideology and its contemporary significance value.In the second part,I introduced the concept of Ideology in Marx and Engels’theory,then I discussed the contents and basic features of Marx and Engels’ Theory of Ideology.Next,I analyzed the difficulties in ideology construction nowadays.At last,I put forward the value Marx and Engels’ theory of ideology while in the construction of socialist ideology in China and the specific measures dealing with the problems in the last part,In The Conclusion,I reiterate the contemporary value of Marx and Engels’ theory of ideology and it is necessary and urgent for us to guide our country current ideological work with Marx and Engels’ theory of ideology.
