| With the sharply increased number of motor vehicles,traffic accidents arebecoming more and more. Traffic accident identification,as the core part of accidenthandling,is not effectively regulated and limited in practice and to some extent,thereexists the contraction between identification right abuse and lack of relif approaches.Chinese traffic accident identification undertook a flexuous developing course---litigable-illitigable-litigable-illitigable. Currently,traffic accident identifying letter is anevidence and people who don’t plead cannot start an administrative litigation. Thistraffic accident identification model has such defects as single relif approach,weakcensorship and relif effect. Our traffic accident identification relif system can bereconstructed by restarting administrative litigation, improving judicial identifiersystem,introducing hearing system and supervising accident identication. |
