Research On The Internal Control Perfection Of K Foundation

In recent years, our country’s foundation are booming, and it plays an important role in society, politics, and economy, but a series of accounting problems have seriously damage the credibility of the foundation.Foundations’incomplete internal control system and the problems caused by it has caused wide attention from all walks of life both at home and abroad.Therefore,we ought to strive to explore and build a foundation of internal control system,then to guide the healthy and rapid development of the foundation t.In this paper,using literature research, case study and comparative study methods, according to the analysis of existing problems in K Foundation, and then the risk assessment, to identify high risk points, put forward the improvement of the targeted measures.Finally based on the experience of the administrative institutions internal control construction, relate to foundation’s own situation, design some specific construction of internal control system.Therefore,it can help to improve the governance structure of K foundation,to improve the organizational performance and has certain effect on industry credibility maintenance, it also has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
