The Jurisprudence Research On Northern Ireland Local Autonomy

Northern Ireland is part of the Great Britain, conflict always happens due to the race and religious issues, the issues becomes more serious after the second world war. Since1960s.peace process road was chosen to deal with the conflict of Northern Ireland which finally solved the issues with the time of half century. It provides the experience and sets the model for the other multinational state to solve the similar issue. The theory is to explore the successful solution on local autonomy from the view of legal theory and research the basis of legal theory deeply on local autonomy from which to extract the experience for our country to learn. The theory is formed of the following three parts.The first part mainly describes the policy and legal history of each government in the period of colonial, Ireland divide,religious conflict, the first and second peace process by using the history research method. Meanwhile to describe the origin of Northern Ireland issues from the view of history and legal theory and the policy of Great Britain to deal with the Ireland during the peace process period.The second part is to analyze the policy of Great Britain to deal with the Northern Ireland local autonomy by using the comparative analysis method. First describes the development of Great Britain local autonomy and analyzes the reasons of local autonomy tradition of Great Britain in order to compare each legal policy during the peace process period, this parts also analyzes the local autonomy especially the evolution of autonomy in periods of Northern Ireland, thinking changes and actual method from Great Britain.The third part concludes the reasons of Great Britain’s successful on the Northern Ireland local autonomy from the view of legal theory, describes the local autonomy legal basis and the actual measures to protect the local autonomy rights.The theory helps us get the inspiration from the peaceful solution on Northern Ireland issues and provide the experience for reference to deal the minority local autonomy of our country.
