With the continuous development of society, the development of contract law to a new level, many new types of contracts and contractual obligations. Contract accompanying obligations in this context as an emerging things, attention is increasingly being legal theory and judicial practice. Chinese theoretical circles the contract accompanying obligations is in a stage of trial and error, and there is no single definition of the contract accompanying obligations.In this paper, a preliminary study from the following aspects of the contract accompanying obligations, to expect to be able to start a discussion. Firstly, the definition of the obligation of contract is accompanied by analysis and study, to put forward their views, and to make a defined contract accompanying obligations.:Collateral Obligation, the law expressly provided, the parties expressly agreed, based on the principle of good faith in the performance of the contract, the debtor, in order to ensure the interests of the other party to the contract to the successful realization, in addition to the main benefit obligation under the contract the nature, purpose and trading habits, there should be borne by notification, assistance, confidentiality and other obligations.
