| The indoctrination theory is a vital principle of Marxism and also an important content of Marx’s subject. Indoctrination is an important method of Marx’s education. Lenin in the economic struggle of Russia created the inculcation theory of scientific integrity system. The indoctrination theory in the revolution and war as the theme of the traditional Marx’s theory of education had played a great role.This article closely in accordance with the inculcation theory formation and its theoretical basis, main contents, and give the Contemporary Enlightenment of our logical framework. Three parts of Lenin’s indoctrination theory, theory must be consistent with the development of the times, accord with the background. The first part of this article focuses on the analysis of the formation of Lenin’s indoctrination theory and its theoretical basis.
