The Research Of The Government Involvement In The Construction Of Characteristic Commercial Street(Block)

The characteristic commercial street(block), emerged with the rapid economicdevelopment in our country in recent years, orients at service industry as the mainform of popular construction direction. The characteristic commercial block can notonly bear the urban construction and improve the urban block taste, but also carry thetask of economic development, and provide platform for the development of moderneconomy. This thesis, based on the hotly discussed characteristic commercial blockconstruction as the research object, puts emphasis on characteristic commercial blockconstruction of J district, Z city and the government involvement as the investigationobject. On the basis of the government economics as the theory, I attempt to explorethe advantages of characteristic commercial block with the government involvementand the possible problems occurring in the process of the block construction.Meanwhile, it also provides the theoretical support for the local characteristiccommercial block construction.Starting from the two degree of government involvement in differentcharacteristic commercial blocks construction, this thesis selects the characteristiccommercial block construction of J district, Z city as research object. I probe into thematerial collection and the construction comparison, so as to make the differenteffects of blocks with different degree of government involvement. I try to analyzethe problems which are liable to occur in the characteristic commercial blockconstruction with government involvement. These problems can be categorized intofour aspects. Firstly, the characteristic commercial block planning should beconsidered from the comprehensive reference for urban planning, regional planning,water power grid planning and other planning. The government has the responsibilityand obligation to participate in planning of city block; secondly, the development ofthe characteristic commercial block largely depends on the marketability, and theappropriate government regulation and information publication can have a good effect on economic block; thirdly, the government should avoid risk andproblems in advance in order to guarantee the block construction; fourthly, thegovernment should focus on self-improvement, and self-construction, thus to improveits service level.This thesis, by means of the empirical investigation and study of characteristiccommercial block in J district, Z city, can provide theoretical support and referencefor the government involvement in the characteristic commercial block construction.Therefore, it also makes the local government on the development of characteristicscommercial block construction easier, further improves the quality of service.
