Currently, with the rapid development of China’s urbanization, China’s real estate market is also moreactive than ever. Meanwhile, the real estate market has spawned an active housing agency services appear,and housing agency in the streets of various cities have sprung into being. In real life, its housing serviceagencies invested less flexible operation, convenient features active in buying and selling homes on themarket plays an important role in market economic activities. But because of the real estate brokerageservices in the field of legal gaps, especially in real estate houses a series of intermediary contract disputesarise, so that the field system is unreasonable, the plight of non-standard contracts is increasingly evident,therefore, the room housing intermediary contract research, has great practical significance in real life.This article, firstly analyzes the meaning of housing intermediary contract, the type, nature,characteristics from the definition of housing contracts traded intermediate.
