Finally, also the innovations of this article, through the analysis of the researchand research results, to find a solution to the problem existing in our country’s current grassroots civilservice examination work, find the key to solve the problem is to construct a perfect and reasonableevaluation index system, and to build such a system we need to do specific analysis of specific issues, to build the most suitable for the specific circumstances of the evaluation index system according tothe concrete national conditions of our country and local conditions, which we will specifically address, inaddition to improve the leadership qualities assessment, the appraisal rights is diversified, the needto strengthen leadership cadres training and education; to improve evaluation content and standard, lay agood foundation for assessment; at the same time also cannot ignore standardized testing procedures, butalso to improve the evaluation result to use, enhance the incentive function assessment system.
