Analysis Of The Impact Of The Rural Community College On Enhancing The Quality Of The Villagers

The main body of the socialism new rural reconstruction is peasant, and the biggest beneficiaries of the new rural reconstruction are also the peasants. The promotion of peasants’ quality will directly prompt the step of China’s new rural reconstruction. With the development of the new rural reconstruction, China has brought forward the new demand to peasant’s quality, cultivating the peasant with knowledge; technology and business are the new standards of the new peasant’s quality. However, at present, the peasant’s qualities of our country have some shortcomings, it is difficult to meet the requirements of being a new peasant, and this inevitably will affect China’s modernization. For the beginning of2007, The Rural Construction Centre of RUC has established many various types of Rural Community College in Fujian province. Community College as a new type of social organization use populace education, cultural integration and personnel training to prompt the peasant’s quality, and find the effective model of rural development for Fujian province.The paper manly consists of four components. First of all, introduces the research purpose, significance and the research content. The second part analyzes current situation of the rural construction, and introduces the experience of the abroad. And it briefly analyzes the situation of the peasant’s quality, defining the meaning of Community College, Populace education and Rural culture. The third part takes a case study on the Tingtang community College to analyze the relationship between the community and the quality of the village people. At last, the article states the challenge and opportunity of Rural Community College development, points out that the Rural Community College is a model for promoting the construction of new rural and render advice.
