Research On Paths Of The Ecological Civilization Construction In The New Socialist Countryside

The18th Report of Chinese Communist Party first put a single article discussed the "ecological civilization", and elevated it to the strategic height of "five-in-one" overall layout. This is a positive response to the people’s growing ecological aspirations, and also highlights the party’s deeplier understanding of overall arrangements for Chinese characteristic socialism. Achieving ecological civilization in rural is an important part of new socialist countryside construction, is an important part of the ecological civilization construction, and also is the root of ecological civilization. At present, construction of rural ecological civilization faces many problems, which becomes a bottleneck of new socialist countryside construction,even the whole social’s economic development. Deeply study on the paths of rural ecological civilization,is of great significance for building a new path, a new path for further exploration of new rural construction, rich new rural construction theory and the theory of ecological civilization.The study base on the analysis of the status and trends of the ecological civilization in China’s new socialist countryside construction,taking the beautiful village construction in Fujian Province as an example, analyses its background and foundation, the basic status, typical cases, sums up the characteristics, then puts forward the basic paths of ecological civilization construction in the new socialist countryside.Firstly, analyses the basic status of the ecological civilization construction in China’s new socialist countryside, reveals the new rural ecological civilization facing still grim situation of energy,resources and environment,farmers’ecological awareness and sense of responsibility needs to be improved, rural environmental protection policies and systems need further improvement, etc.proposes the beautiful village construction will become a reality promote action of ecological civilization construction in new socialist countryside.Secondly, analyses the beautiful village construction in Fujian Province, analyses its background and foundation, building content, the basic situation, the typical cases, sums up the characteristics,including prominent Aboriginal collaboration, highlighting the green economy, highlighting the cultural cultivation.Finally, according to the general requirements for the ecological civilization construction of newsocialist countryside,proposes the basic paths,including improving rural institutional environment,developing rural industries,fostering rural ecological culture,improving rural living environment.Summarizing the experience of the beautiful village construction in Fujian,the study suggests that, the ecological civilization construction in the new socialist countryside needs to make the concept of ecological civilization throughout the whole process of it. Paying attention to the combination of ecological civilization and the new socialist countryside construction,promoting co-ordination ecological politic construction,ecological economic construction,ecological society construction,and ecological culture. Paying attention to the combination of new urbanization and ecological civilization construction in the new socialist countryside.Choosing different paths accorded different regions’types.
