Legal Protection Of Communications Privacy

Currently, china lack of legal protection of privacy and the privacy conscious people generally indifferent, causing communications privacy was infringed growing phenomenon. The arrival of the information age, seem highly developed communication technologies, making people more vulnerable to communications privacy, tort showing a wide body of infringement, tort diversity, speed and other characteristics of infringement. China’s "Tort Liability Act" has provisions to protect the public’s right to privacy, but not the connotation and extension of privacy, privacy classification, exercise and protection of the privacy of the master for further elucidated. Communications privacy as privacy protection areas, which should be protected by law will not be violated, however imperfect law allows citizens often lack the communication privacy was infringed reasonable relief, and therefore improve the legal protection of privacy has become an urgent need for communication. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the definition of the concept of privacy and the privacy of communications; the second part is an analysis of the legal protection of privacy problems of communication; the third part is the legal protection of privacy of perfect communication countermeasures and suggestions.
