Stick combining punishment with reform and to transform human purposes, the ultimate goal is to make prisoners returning to society. With the reform and opening up, China has made good prison development, but with the rapid economic development, with a special duality prison where is the justice duality property and business property. The prison will focus on the benefits, while ignoring the inmate’s education. Not only the existence of chaos in the daily prison management and prisoners released from prison after the recidivism rate is also rising. This results not only hurt the dignity of the law, but also reduces the credibility of the judiciary. Therefore, strengthening the ideological and political education of prisoners, and to transform fundamentally very necessity has also the practical needs of prison management. The transformation of prisoners is the ideological transformation through really effective way to help inmates establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, in order to re-return to society. Build a bridge between prison and the community, so that inmates emerge from prison after this particular environment can be well integrated into the design, adapt to life in the community, and to create value for society, while achieving their own life values, and avoiding recidivism. This article through to the prisoners from the study of the theory of the ideological and political education, puts forward the problems existing in the current ideological and political education in our country, and probes into the problems existing in the cause analysis. On this basis, further put forward the "People-oriented" concept under the guidance of strengthening prisoners from the concrete methods of ideological and political education.
