The Supporting Organizations And The Industrialized System Of Public Service Supplies

The development of Society is a dynamical process. Among the integrated social system, varied organizations or groups prone to take actions, which based on their status of system and their own interest. In turn, these kinds of behavior disposition affect the integrated social system, which promotes the social system restructure and development.The paper takes NPI Social Organizations Development Center (NPI) as the researching case, participant observed the activities of the organization. Especially, the writer had done fieldwork in Shanghai United Foundation (SUF), which incubated in NPI. Basing on the existing papers on nonprofit management supporting organizations (MSOs) and using the Source Dependence Theory, the paper tries to reappear the system of public service supplies. The paper analyses the improvement of the system of public service supplies in China by MSOs.The paper points out that the MSOs make themselves as a platform in the public service supplies, and draw on the experience of the business system, construct the system of public service supplies as an industrial one. On another hand, supporting organization, united-way foundation and executive organization form the Industrialized system of public service supplies together.
