Research On Basic Level Government’s Public Service In The View Of Citizen’s Satisfaction

This article conducts a research from the citizen’s satisfaction angle of view to the situation of the basic public services by the basic level government, which basics on the classification and cross statistics analysis of citizen’s satisfaction to Guangxi Gongguan town’s basic compulsory education, employment and re-employment services, health care, social security, public infrastructure, social security, ecological environment and other essential public services. It also analysis the problems and causes of the essential public services by the basic level government and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on it.This paper thinks that the basic level government’s citizen’s satisfaction of public service is very low, the public services are of high cost, low efficiency, low quality, and the basic level government is offside and dislocates from its responsibility.The reason is that the basic level government’s public service system is not perfect enough, the improper understanding of public services subjectively, monopoly supply, lack of evaluation system and the like. It has an important significance to improve the citizen’s satisfaction of public service. It must improve the public service system through positioning the government’s public service correctly, introducing multiple network governance and establishing a sound evaluation system.
