Research On Legal Issues In Developing Intellectual Property Securitization

As a new way of financing, the securitization of intellectual property belongs to the asset securitization, and it has made great contributions to the development of the cultural and high-technological industry in the developed countries. Conducting intellectual property securitization, risk isolation mechanism is the assurance to the success of the securitization of intellectual property. Therefore, in order to apply the securitization of intellectual property is inseparable from grasping profoundly the risk isolation mechanism. For the above reasons, the paper explored the risks in isolation mechanism of the intellectual property securitization, including the legal issues of "The selected for securitization of intellectual property"; the legal issues of "Real sales" and the legal issues of "Bankruptcy isolation". Finally, the author reviews the issues involved in China’s relative legal fields.
