| Small and micro-enterprises are an important force in the development of the nationaleconomy, in the promotion of migrant workers ’ employment, promote technologyinnovation, increase tax revenue has played an irreplaceable role. Transformation andupgrading of small business development is no longer the individual behaviors of a singleenterprise, it is a matter of healthy economic development project.
