Robbery is a violation of property rights, and personal rights of serious property crime, in reality can be seen everywhere. The article263of the Criminal Code of this is a more specific provision. Method behavior includes acts of violence, intimidation and "other methods"."Other methods" in High-level overview has caused the applicable difficulties. Hence, the scholars discuss about this situation. From the robbery of the "other" as the main line, to further the "other means" to make it more easy to operate, the passage studies the nature and meaning of "other methods" By integrating theory with practice, and the benefits of robbery method the impact of the behavior and the system interpretation method. The basic content basic are as follows:The first part:"Other methods" connotation and denotation is relatively broad and vague, which lead the judiciary and theoretical circles to understand "other methods" in different way. The first section focused on internal "other methods" conviction case studies to conclude wrap up the administration of justice in the "other methods" of interpretation.The second part:The benefits protected by Robbery are the benefits protected by robbery property crime. This section mainly from property protected by the law as a starting point, research property and personal rights in role in the robbery, to determine the legal interests of the size of its guiding role.
