Studies On The Basic Theory Of Economic And Trade Treaty Application In China

Based on the theories of a traditional international law,the international economic and trade treaties applicable problem is discussed under the framework of domestic law. Summarizing valuable point of view in this field from the past and analyzing two typical cases in international economic and trade treaties is the key methods of this essay.The deeper reason of different applicable patterns can be explained through pragmatic jurisprudence and economics approach.However, these analysis provide basis and outlook of the corresponding treaty applicable system construction in our country.
