Analysis On The Standard Of Compensation For Urban House Demolition With Game Theory

":With the rapid development of our country’s urbanization and industrialization,some of the buildings that were built earlier and has single function can’t meet the demand of people’s daily life, at the same time because these houses are located in the urban areas, the land cannot exert its maximum utility,which slows down the pace of city’s development. Therefore, the urban housing demolition activities all over the country is the result of economic and social development.But on the other hand,we should also be aware of the social problems caused by urban housing demolition,and some of the problems are becoming worse.Based on the above background,this thesis builds the game of related people to discuss the compensation standard.This has a great theoretical significance and practical significance to solve the problem of house demolition.This thesis firstly introduces several different satges since the reform and opening up,our country’s provisions on urban house demolition,and the defects of today’s provisions.Then,we use the static game model and the evolutionary game model to analyse the game of related people.Later,we use simulation analysis and case study to analyse two specific cases in ChangSha,thus further verify the conclusion of the theoretical research.This thesis sees the fair and reasonable compensation as the important guarantee of people’s benefits.On the one hand,the static game shows that in the government’s policies,only by increasing compensation standard,people can get more benefits in the short term,but in the long run,it will reduce the incidence of demolition,slows down the process of urban renewal;on the other hand,the evolutionary game shows that government should ensure that the rewards and punishment strength are enough to protect those who choose reasonable compensation standard.what’s more,the attention of the media can also regulate the behavior of the demolition people.
