ContentCrimes have always been a recurring illness in social development.In recent years, along with the globalization, arise constant conflicts in politics andeconomy among various interest groups. Especially with the spread of terrorism, juveniledelinquency has presented characteristics of low–aging, violence and ganging. Theraising of juvenile delinquency has great negative impact than that’s of general crime oncountries and society. Great attention and efforts have to be made to reducing juveniledelinquency.Community correction has proven to be a highly-effect non-imprisonmentpunishment. Community correction has generally gone on track in China. Greatachievements have been made in reforming criminals through education and persuasion.However, influenced by many factors, correction specifically aiming at juvenile criminalsis still far from enough. Through research on community correction on juveniledelinquency overseas, combining analysis on causes of juvenile delinquency,characteristics, rights and obligations of juvenile delinquents, basing on theories ofphilosophy, sociology and psychology, analyzing problems and difficulties in communitycorrection on juvenile delinquency domestically, focusing on characteristics of juvenilephysical, psychological and behavior, this essay points out countermeasures and solutionson community correction education on juvenile delinquency in future, explores effectivenew mode basing on organized community life aiming at a goal of educating andreforming juvenile delinquency.
