Study Of Ideological And Political Education In State-Owned Coal Enterprise

In state-owned coal enterprise, ideological and political education has strategic meaning for enterprise harmony and healthy development. Due to special environment and job nature, ideological and political education should conform to coal enterprise particular case, adjusting and varying as per different places and different people, and developing as per situational constant development. Currently, our coal enterprise suffer market sluggishness, and management difficulty, extensive staff can positively join into enterprise reformation and development or not, and establish the idea of "enterprise is my home", this is the policy and soul to complete staff ideological and political education. These are very important to clear how to combine the coal enterprise reality, adapt to reality need, and reinforce and improve ideological and political education with pointed references.This paper takes Da Tong Coal Mine Group staff as example. By means of survey, getting familiar to ideological and political education current situation of enterprise staff, in-depth exploring of staff ideology and behavior features, and reasons for existing problems in ideological and political education aspects, which help to put forward relevant countermeasure and suggestion. Above all, study result of this paper not only supplied valuable material for enterprise ideological and political education theoretical research, but also supplied correct thinking and referred method for solving problems for state-owned enterprise ideological and political education.
