Study Of Traffic Accident Disputes On Administrative Mediation

At present, the traffic accident dispute is a major source of our country civildisputes, and administrative mediation is one of the most important ways in trafficaccident dispute solution. Study and improve the traffic accident disputes ofadministrative mediation system, it also has the vital significance to solve the trafficaccident disputes as well as repair the damaged social relations and maintain socialharmony and stability.In this paper, we will study the traffic accident dispute administrative mediationwith the theoretical analysis and empirical research ways. In the theoretical analysispart, the article mainly analyzed the value of administrative mediation system fromthe points of view of efficiency and fairness, at the same time it also demonstratesother ways’ faultiness in traffic accident dispute solution from efficiency and fairness,such as the self reconciliation, mediation, civil litigation. It also highlighted theadvantages of the traffic accident disputes of administrative mediation. In empiricalresearch part, from the mediation, mediation procedures, ways of conciliation,mediation effect, the article mainly reveals the status and problems of the trafficaccident disputes of administrative mediation system in our country. The last part ofthe article is the focus of this article, the author put forward suggestions from theneutrality of raise the level of conciliation, mediation, improve the mediationprocedures, enhance the effectiveness of the conciliation agreement, help tostrengthen the accountability and reward, and improve the traffic accident disputeadministrative mediation system in our country.
