This article is started with the texts on science and technology issues of Hu Jintao andsummarizes the theoretical contributions and practical significance of the development ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics by collecting and arranging the the formation anddevelopment as well as the main content of Hu jintao’s outlook on science and technology.The paper divides into four chapters, which research on the science and technology ideologyof Hu Jintao.The first part summarizes the research status in this field as well as the purpose,significance, methods and innovation points of this study by combing and analyzing ofresearch status of Hu Jintao’s outlook on science and technology, not only further defines thepurpose and significance of this study, but also further clarifies the basic thoughts and maincontent of this study, so as to achieve innovation and breakthroughs on the basis of previousresearch.The second part analyzes both theoretical basis and practical basis of Hu Jintao’s outlookon science and technology, meanwhile, it examines the basic process of the formation anddevelopment of Hu Jintao’s outlook on science and technology through the study andcomparison of research literature,.
