The principle of honesty and credit is a basic principle of civil law,which plays an important role of guiding the parties to fulfill theirobligations, to exercise their rights, as while as to explain and supplementthe law. At present, in the big background of lossing credibility in oursociety, lack of honesty in the field of labor and employment has becomesmore and more serious. Introduce the principle of honesty and credit in thelabor law, advocacy of integrity contracting and fulfilling in good faith, forthe maintenance of normal labor order, promotion the healthy and orderlydevelopment of social economy order are very important. Based on thetheoretical analysis of the principle of honesty and credit, put forward thenecessity and possibility of application for the principle of honesty andcredit in the labor law. And in combination with judicial practices, in theprocess of the labor contract signing and performance, the duty of disclosure and loyal of the employees have been fully discussed. More standards abouthow to correctly use the principle of honesty and credit to the dishonesty insigning and performing process and in the validity censoring of dismissalhave been established.
