In China, as the precious intangible property for enterprises, a trademark is usuallyused as a label on the surface of products as its main function, but the truth is that atrademark is also a product with a great value itself. However, because of theinsufficient trust law, the under-developed trust industry and the insufficient publicawareness of trademark trust in China, a trademark’s value is inevitablyunderestimated. Especially, without the guideline of trademarks cooperating strategy,many enterprises are unable to manage their trademarks properly for adding value andneed the trust service for better management urgently. Therefore, establishing asystematical and practical trademark trust system will definitely make a change in thedilemma, with various services to meet enterprises’ need, and release more value fromtrademarks.To achieve trademark trust in China, firstly, it has to faces the problems from law,trust industry and companies. The second step is to analyze trademark trust and itslegal relationship, the types (including trademarks trust, trademarks rights trust&other related rights trust), the related law-making. Next, the most important part is thedetails about how to operate trademark trust with various needs from different clients.Then, setting up a trademark trade market could improve this business in a great way.Finally, with the increasing number of trademark trust agencies and the increasingpublic awareness of trademark trust, a sophisticated trademark trust industry will beestablished.
