Research On Influence Factors Of Cyber Anti-corruption

Corruption accompanies with human like a ghost since countries were generated，It is an inevitable problem in the process of social development. Corruption is breedsattach to power meanwhile gains personal benefit by abusing of power. This problem isextremely serious in developing countries. Scholars pointed out that "corruption hasbecome China’s biggest social pollution, it not only caused a variety of economic lossesbut also challenged the legitimacy of the communist party and its government of China", this situation caused high attention and more concern from the party and leaders. Cyber Anti-corruption, a new form of political participation,made a great impact on the current anti-corruption pattern of the socialism with Chinesecharacteristics. In2003, a network reporting platform was established by The SupremePeople’s Procuratorate of China, it has become the harbinger of NetworkAnti-corruption. In2005, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and theCentral Commission for Discipline Inspection Supervision published the website of theMinistry of Supervision Report Center sites, which marks internet reporting isformally brought into conventional channels of anti-corruption.In2009, for the firsttime, the Party School of Central Committee of C.P.C use the term" cyberanti-corruption "officially in "China party dictionary”. In recent years, the increasinglynumber and improved quality of cyber anti-corruption cases let cyberspace alsobecoming a beneficial supplement routine of anti-corruption anti-corruption work.This article is basing on the current status of cyber anti-corruption, refined factorswhich effected corruption, exploring the reasons for the further specification and development of cyber anti-corruption has some theoretical and practical value byanalysing the cases of "Fang Shu",""Fang Zu-zong" and "Fang Xi".
