Therefore, it’s necessary to analyze the institutional reasons of these phenomena, put forward improvement futher.The third part is the theoretical and practical analysis of the standardization of physical evidence identification sample. From the theoretical point of view, it has rich theoretical foundation base such as: philosophy, law and economics, management science, and Forensic Science; from social practice perspective, standardized physical evidence identification of samples is an improvement on the current litigation system, a propeller makes industry operation more standardized. All above definitely help to improve the litigation efficiency, to quell the controversy in identification.The fourth part is the institutional improvement of physical evidence Identification sample.
