The purpose of the resettlement project is to avoid the disaster and support the poor. Migration began to implement since 2011, move people from impoverished and disaster-prone areas in Qinba mountain to production and living conditions good areas, to help migrate away from the threat of natural disasters and development production. Zhen’an county is located in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. It is one of the fifty poverty counties, the key area of migration. Based on the on-the spot investigation of resettlement site in Zhen’an County to know the status of migrate living, analysis the social influence of migration, and to put forward opinions and suggestions.According to the push and pull theory of population migration, the migration of the main reasons including the thrust to push migrate leave out and the attraction to pull migrate move in. The harsh natural environment and living conditions push people move away from mountain, and the good economic environment and infrastructure attractive people move into the resettlement site. The production and living standard are changed with the migration process. We understand the survival status through economic level, living conditions, and humanity environment. We analysis the social influence include economy, politics, population, and environment. The social influence of migration includes two sides, both positive and negative effects, which is an important standard to measure the effect of migration work.The disaster-induced poverty migration is a long-term work, in the common role of the government and migrate the migration work achieved some good effects. But in the land of contradictions, the source of livelihood, the implementation of the policy, the ecological environment, and the social integration, there are still some problems. To solve these problems, put forward some suggestions include the rational use of land to avoid the waste of land resources, expand the channels of employment to promote the sustainable development of economy, strengthening policy support to concern the resettlement work, raise the awareness of environmental protection to development the recycling industry, pay attention to the psychological problems to rich cultural life of migrate. Through the analysis on the social influence of migration which provides some ideas for the development of disaster-induced poverty migration in the future.
