The current local government processing mechanism of group events is accumulating experience and perfect, but we should also see the domestic processing a lot of group events is still passive, negative, according to the current situation of social contradictions increasingly tense, and the existing group events the settlement mechanism can not meet the needs of incident resolution.The paper analyzes the settlement mechanism of the group events in China, in Guangzhou several is the base of the research of representative group events, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the current solution mechanism, compared with other domestic local government successes and failures, probes into the basic principles of group events, proposed the establishment of parties as the leading group events mechanism to solve the views, and strive to be quasi parties to judicial solution based model as the first barrier to resolve the contradictions of groups, by solving group incidents in the first time, maintain normal social security, work, production and living order, save for the country and society, and promote harmonious development the socialist.
