But the automotive and general consumer products in comparison, has its own peculiarities, such as the relatively high price, the system structure is complex, long service life, etc., so when dealing with automotive consumer disputes, which law should apply, there are a lot of how to apply differences over the court in adjudicating such cases there is no unity of that standard, the verdict is different, often lead to conflicts and disputes upgrade, automotive, consumer rights situation is increasingly grim.In this paper, through comparative analysis of typical cases of car consumption <Consumer Protection Law>, defining and punitive damages system in the automotive consumer fraud in the field of automobile consumption and other issues in-depth study of the specific application, and make their own offer some suggestions opinion on possible violations of consumer a fair and reasonable deal for the car, effective consumer protection.
