The Improvement Of The System Of Criminal Procedural Appeal

Procedural appeal system is set up to correct the procedural errors in the lower court procedures. At present, the law of criminal procedure in China has had some rules about procedure appeal system, but due to the generality of the rules in the law of criminal procedure, legal rules in the appeal system is not prefect enough. Imperfection and establishment of the legal system in itself lead that procedural can’t play the original effects. The protection to procedural errors in lower court and necessity of protection to litigants’ legal rights have become a concerning topics in the scope of law science. The thesis is about procedural appeal system and the study of it in order to aid it.
