The Qualification Of Administrative Subject Study Of Non Government Organization

With the development of society, a large number of non-governmental organizations have been emerged. NGO community which has management functions has gradually into our social life and has huge effect on the way of management of the whole society. Hence, NGO has become an un-neglected subject of public management. However, for China, lacking enough attention to what administrative subject should be included. Especially for the NGO, the simplicity and unclear of the rule of administrative law resulted in the uncertainty of the administrative body, the unverified of the efficiency of the power of administrative, and so on. Therefore, at the aspect of administrative law, it is one of the main subjects to study the administrative body’s qualification of the NGO.This essay will be divided into three parts. In the first section, the definition of the NGO will be given. And then, the development of NGO and the theoretical basis of NGO will be introduced. In the second section, the situation of administrative body both domestic and abroad has been discussed. Then move into the discussion of how could NGO of China obtain administrative body. Moreover, in this section, the case referred to introduction will be illustrated. In the last part, some methods will be given as suggestions to solve the problem.
