The Research On Construction Of China’s Rural Social Organization Under The Perspective Of Agricultural Modernization

The problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers are of greatest significance in China’s political, economic, social development process,considering China is the largest agricultural population country of the the world. Nowadays with China’s rapid development of comprehensive national strength, many realistic problems,such as unbalanced development between regions,the urban and rural, have become increasingly prominent. Increasing national attention was paid to farmer’s survival environment as well as the modernization of agriculture development, for example in 2012 China adopted the policy of reforming rural taxes, which releases the capacious space for the rural social management in China, meanwhile the weakening of government management in villages and towns provides an opportunity for the rural social organizations to participate in the management of rural society.The realization of agricultural modernization is an important aspect for stepping into the agricultural powerful nation with coordinated development among the "industrialization", "urbanization", "agricultural modernization". Only in this way can China realize the overall modernization. This paper, based on the magnificent goal of agricultural modernization, analyzes the development status of rural social organization in Lu’an City, Anhui province, which including the following parts:Introduce the development of rural social organizations and agricultural modernization of our country including the constitution of social organization, the historical evolution and present situation of our rural social organization and the relationship between rural social organization and agricultural industrialization; summarize the difficulties in management efficiency and lack of funds in rural social organization.Analyze rural social organization in Lu’an city Anhui province to promote the modernization of Agriculture--An Empirical Study on the development of cooperative economic organization. Through the analysis of the cooperative economic organization changes in rural areas, this research points out that the function which rural cooperative economic organization play in Lu’an City, as well as the problems and strategies of rural cooperative economic organizations described in the development process.
