Credit Perspective Under The Reform Of Company Capital System In Our Country

The new company law which built the legal reform of company into capital system implemented on March 1,2014, it meant that the company capital system of our country had a major legislation correction. Based on the background of the reform of company capital system, from the perspective of credit to analysis of the company law in 2013 about the change of company capital system, exploration company credit under the new situation how to comprehensive maintenance. Company’s credit has an important influence to the company, the company’s own interests, the society and the development of social economy. So, pay attention to our company credit law system is also has important theoretical and practical significance. At the same time, as a supporting function in the company law and the existence of the company capital system, providing the basis of personality independence for modern company, so the company capital system changes to the company’s development have the vital significance.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, which includes the research background, research significance and research method and content of this article. The second part is an overview of the company capital system, which is the theory basis of whole paper. The third part is the reform of company capital system in China, which includes the concrete contents of the reform of the company capital system. The fourth part is that how to maintain company credit under the company capital system reforms. In my opinion, perfecting the capital contribution, the enterprise information public system and credit system, will realize the maintenance of the company credit and protect the interests of the creditors.
