Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has made great progress, overall national strength significantly increased world attention to China’s development. With the implementation of the United States to return to Asia-Pacific strategy, Sino-US game in the Asia-Pacific region has become the focus of world attention, then Asia-Pacific region has become a hot spot for the international community. With the relative decline of America’s comprehensive national strength, the rise of China as well as developing a strong Asia-Pacific region, among countries in the region along with the change of power, resulting in the Asia-Pacific region system showing the transition of power. In this paper, using the general methods the transformation of the international system, the use of the three major schools of international relations theory core words- power, system, culture, research Transformation System Asia-Pacific region.
