In view of this,the thesis which is based on language characteristics and historical origin of verdict is start form clarifying the reasoning of verdict and related concepts.For the insufficient and advantage of conviction and types of sentencing and reasoning in our country’s verdict,it will take empirical approach to technically analyze and put forward relevant amendment by the means of analysis and consideration of typical cases in recently years.In detail,the thesis mainly include legislative proposal, quality enhancement of verdict maker and incentive mechanism of judge.By means of reasoning verdict,it is considered to promote the quality of verdict and facilitate the development of legal China.All in all,in the recent general judicial reform background our country ought to attach importance to promote the quality of verdict,enhance the reason of verdict,improve the acceptability of verdict,and eventually set up the of judiciary and public’s legal belief.
