The author hopes to sort out the terrorist crimes should include the traditional violent terrorist crime and cyber terrorism crime, financial crime of terrorist activities and so on, from the law of this paper, in order to effectively combat crime, to curb the spread of terrorism, so as to be able to properly handle the difficult international problems.
