Research On Market Forces Thought Of Lenin’s New Economic Policy

From 1921 March to the end of 1929 is the period of the New Economic Policy. Lenin "new economic policy is an attempt to explore the road of socialist construction after the victory of the October Revolution in Soviet Russia(Soviet Union). Instead of the "War Communism" and a series of direct transition to socialism, the NEC wanted to transit to socialism gradually.This paper describes the main content of the new economic policy in the agricultural, industrial and commercial relations and its forming process, which play the role of market allocation of resources theory are summarized, and the analyses its strategic position. Secondly, this paper discusses the NEC from the economic roots: establishing the economic union between workers and peasants; organizing productivity through the market function; getting rid of the dilemma, establishing of socialist material base. Then, this paper analyzed the relationship between the incomplete of NEC market forces the crisis of grain purchasing, in order to find the economic root of the ending of NEC. Finally, there is a brief comparison of similarity between the NEC and the theory of socialist market economy in market forces.
