Research On The Elderly Pension Problems Of Rural Left Behind Under The Circumstance Of The Labor Transfer

Currently,because of the social security system is far from perfect,a large proportion of rural households in the rural old-age pension mode still,child support obligations assumed major rural elderly.However,since the 1980 s,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the urbanization process continues to accelerate,the rural migrant workers labor year after year,the rural labor force from rural areas to urban areas or cities and towns has become a new trend in an irreversible.Rural labor transfer occurs growing phenomenon,one is a necessary step in the modernization of the state and society,to a certain extent,promote economic development and social progress;on the other hand,due to the deepening of rural aging,change in the labor force caused by the transfer of industrial structure and labor structure,the traditional model of family pension increasingly unable to meet the pension needs of the rural elderly,rural elderly left behind material and spiritual life problems become increasingly prominent,seriously affected China’s rural pension development of security. Pay attention to rural left-behind elderly pension problem has important practical significance.This paper mainly rural elderly left behind as the research object,through the use of economics,management,sociology and other related theories,transfer on the rural labor force to stay for the Aged from the start,on the basis of field survey data and literature studies, through analysis of the aged stay status and disadvantages,some suggestions,hoping to contribute their modest pension issues for the study of the elderly left behind. Specifically,the article is divided into four parts.The first part is an important concept to define and related theory.Based on the transfer of rural labor and rural left-behind elderly,Definition pension and old-age security to Maslow’s theory,family life cycle theory,welfare pluralism theory theory,expounded the elderly left behind in rural connotation pension problem.The second part is the impact on rural labor transfer Aging analysis.Mainly includes four aspects: First,to improve the pension environment;the second is to change the pension concept;three is aggravated aging labor intensity;four traditional pension model is affected.In short,the large-scale transfer of rural labor to make China’s rural left-behind elderly pension situation is more severe.The third part is the labor context of empirical research issues remaining in rural areas for the aged.The author on the basis of previous literature and valuable data analysis,question survey and case study interviews as the main method of the pension situation Aging he xi village conducted field research,in-depth understanding and study of the staying current living situation of the elderly,from economic support,life care,spiritual solace,community support four areas to investigate and analyze the main difficulties of rural labor transfer under the background of rural left-behind aged exist on this basis,that the elderly left behind in rural areas pension system is imperfect protection,low level of protection;stay for the elderly pension demands are not met; social pension feature is not full,and so on.The fourth part is staying for the elderly pension issues, on the basis of theoretical and empirical research,for the rural elderly stay current pension predicament,proposed the establishment of a sound pension system in rural areas,continue to promote the agricultural of industrialization and promote the development of diversified pension and other measures to improve the pension for the elderly left behind in rural areas status to old age.
