Due to the shrinking of family members and type "421" family continues to increase, family endowment burden; Influenced by traditional ideas, high charge and limited facilities condition restriction, the disadvantages of institution endowment is also hard to avoid. Community home endowment combines the advantages of the two, and thus get the favour of the government departments, and actively promote the pension mode.Community home endowment refers to let the old people in their own home or familiar in the community, from family, community workers or other social members to provide service for the old, rather than to the unfamiliar environment endowment. The most striking feature of this model is that the effective concentration of various resources to the community, and provide for all aspects of care to the elderly.This paper consists of five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part, firstly illustrates the research background and significance, then the domestic and foreign literature review and theoretical framework, finally introduced the research ideas and research methods; The second chapter summarizes the developed countries and domestic cities in the practice of the pensions that occupy the home, and it is concluded that the community home endowment of revelation; The third chapter analyzes in detail the present situation of the xi’an Z community home endowment; The fourth chapter to Z community home endowment problems and the reasons were discussed; The fifth chapter combines the actual situation of Z community and endowment experience both at home and abroad, puts forward some suggestions to improve community home endowment.
