From the perspective of a legal worker discussed the problem of private lending risk prevention. Through the research and discussion on the "underground banks" and "P2P" network lending platform which two forms of private lending have the most extensive influences, to find the problems which cause of lending risks from the ordinary private lending activities, and to find ways to prevent these risks, bid for give some suggestions on private lending risk prevention field.
