Research On The Participation Of Residents In The Mode Of Urban Community Grid Management

Community is a microcosm of the city, it is the important foundation of social management. With the development of society and economy, community plays an increasingly important role in serving the society and people’s livelihood. Facing the increasingly complex situation in social management problems and increasingly diversified demand of citizens, and meeting the needs of social management, an innovative grass-roots governance model-community grids management mode has conjured into being. Community, as a strong autonomous colour grassroots organizations, specifically reflects the level of community construction on the degree of residence attention and participation of the community affairs, and serve as the main power to promote the development of the community from bottom to top, and also a powerful guarantee to normal operation of the public policy and the healthy development of the social democracy. And the essence of community grids management is the downwards development of the governmental administrative function, and an effective solution for the government to deal the crisis in a top-down operating management behavior. Based on taking Xilinhot city as an example, this paper studies on how to effectively implement the grid of urban community residents to participate in community affairs management mode as the goal, on the basis of affirming the community grid management model as a positive impact on the residents participating on community affairs, this paper analyses the causes of insufficient community involvement of residents, and combined with the actual situation of the city, aiming theme of grid services, the paper discusses the aspects on the participants from residents, community building, and upper management, and learning the advanced experience from other domestic cities, finally proposes some specific measures on the Community Grid management model to effectively enhance the participation rate of residents.
