| Malpractice tort crime is increasingly concerned by the communist party of china and government for its intense social harmfulness, susceptibility and high-risk, which arose fierce reaction among populace and all sectors of society.The investigation for anti-malpractice tort crime has been a big problem for a long time, which is difficult for case filing, verification and handling, also facing deep interference (namely three difficulties and one resistance).As the second beigest difficulty, verification has become the bottleneck of restricting anti-malpractice tort crime.This paper is focus on the analysis of the difficulty for verification during investigation, improving initial verification, increasing technical investigation capability, setting up investigation information database, strengthening the connection between two laws, and putting forth constructive solving method for layer’s evidence communication and disclosure. |
