Research On Some Promble Of Internet Crime

With the development of internet economy, the internet crime rampant abuse, become one of the major threats facing the world today, the internet crime study is punishment law countries cannot avoid topics.This article selects the concept and characteristics of the Internet crime,causes, the Internet crime problem such as the four main types and the prevention and control countermeasures study, discusses the concrete from four parts.The first part is the introduction part. Major background and research significance of Internet crime and the main research results of scholars are reviewed, aims to illustrate research Internet crime is the subject of the reality and urgency.The second part is about the overview part of the Internet crime.This part firstly defines the concept of Internet crime, and then analyses the characteristics of Internet crime, and finally analyses the cause of Internet crime.Third part selected the Internet crime of property crime, speech, secure crime, order type as the research object,through to its concept, crime constitution, characteristics were analyzed,and the problems need to be solved are put forward.The fourth part is the solution.This paper puts forward six Suggestions that draw lessons from foreign experience, strengthen international cooperation, improve the domestic legislation, increase the technical prevention, strengthen thepropaganda education, to carry out the comprehensive supervision, etc.,from outside to inside to build Internet crime three-dimensional prevention system.
