With the rapid development of our society and the deepening of the management of public sector, the requirements for the performance of local government civil servants are improving. Direct contact with the local government and the broad masses of the people, the government in the eyes of the broad masses of the people the image quality rely mainly on their level of service to the broad masses of the people and the quality of services. But in fact, not all local government civil service quality and work performance of the majority of the people’s satisfaction. The higher the organization’s support, the better the corresponding job performance can also be effectively improved, and can better achieve organizational goals, which is important for our daily organization and management practices. This paper attempts to study on perceived organizational support impact on job performance, from the perceived organizational support of, by studying how to rely on the organization support to improve the working performance of the civil servants in local government, in order to find new ideas and methods for the working performance of the local government civil servants.This paper first analyzes the connotation of organizational support, introduces the basic theory of perceived organizational support and related variables; secondly, to analyze the local government performance of civil servants is not high performance, and summarizes the related reasons; then from the angle of organizational support analysis and summarize the factors that restrict and influence the internal factors of local government promotion the performance of civil servants and external; again, discusses the support of local governments to enhance the performance of civil servants sense from the perspective of value from the organization; finally, from the multiple dimensions of organizational support and different aspects put forward to improve the performance of civil servants of the local government policy, mainly by strengthening the organizational support and play multidimensional functions, create a fair and equitable organization atmosphere, establish two-way communication mechanism, establish effective organization training mechanism, enhance the organization’s work authorization, Jian Like learned a fair performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism put forward suggestions, provide effective practical guidance and basis for the administrative practice of hope for the local government managers.
